What do we need for this green smoothie?
- one apple
- one pear
- a bunch of spinach or swiss chard
- 1 tsp of wheatgrass powder
- 1 tsp of barley grass powder
- 1 tsp of lucuma powder
- 1 tsp of reishi powder
- 3 dcl water
Blend all the ingredients in a bleder and enjoy. The smoothie will be anough for two persons.
