• 1 apple
• 1 pear
• handful spinach
• 2 teaspoons wheatgrass powder
• 1 teaspoon barley grass powder
• few mint leaves
• 1 cup water

Mix all the ingredients in a high-speed blender to get a smooth smoothie.
