This topic has been on my mind for quite some time now, as life does not writes us novels in which the world is a land of milk and honey. Now, however, we have collectively found ourselves on trial.   10. PLAN A BEAUTIFUL FUTURE AND THINK ABOUT THINGS AND CIRCUMSTANCES THAT YOU WANT

Let's be forgiving and gentle towards ourselves. There will be days when we will not have the will and energy for high performances or laughing loudly, but we have to keep in mind that those are the moments when deeper processes can take place. Just remember that tomorrow is a new, calm and beautiful day.
