This topic has been on my mind for quite some time now, as life does not writes us novels in which the world is a land of milk and honey. Now, however, we have collectively found ourselves on trial. If we ignore the Covid situation for a moment, we have to admit that we also live in "challenging times" when, in addition to everyday worries (partnership, children, health, parental care, business, etc.), we can be burdened by a whole bunch of other things (food pollution, use of poisons and pesticides, peace and war…).
Taken together we can summarize them under the common denominator called STRESS.
After a certain amount of time, which varies from individual to individual, the effects of stress begin to show. The body wants to be balanced, therefore it begins to eliminate tension in various ways. To some people prolonged stress will cause physical disturbances, others will be emotionally unstable, and we may become mentally fragile. The important thing is that we realize that it does not have to be that way.
How to act?
We have to be aware of all of the above and start taking timely action. The first and easiest step is to find an effective dietary supplement, an adaptogen, which has the power to increase the body’s ability to adapt to stress. In fact, you do not even need to search, as we have already done it for you.
It has been proven time and time again that Ashwaghanda PlanetBIO, with its wide range of action, helps people fight stress and restores physical and mental health and emotional stability.
To satisfy different tastes and needs, our Ashwagandha is available in powder, which can be combined with other herbs and spices in the preparation of beverages of different flavors, and capsules for classic consumption. Ashwagandha has a relatively bitter taste, so if you are sensible to its flavor, we recommend the use of Ashwagandha capsules.
By consuming Ashwagandha and taking our well-being into our own hands, we can achieve rapid improvements, which gives us strength and motivation and a different perspective on the things that affect us and are the trigger for the body’s stress response. I will reveal you how to take matters into your own hands.
Drama is quite a frequent factor in our lives and we always have different options on how to respond to it. What will we choose? We can bite our nails, pull out our hair and weaken all the systems that work in us and keep us alive and sane, or choose another door through which we can enter or another path on which to continue. Yes, the latter option is the harder and longer one as it requires a lot of effort from us until we get the skills on how to do it, but like an old proverb says and teaches us »to the stars through hardships«.
At the moment no one knows what consequences we will have to face, but the mental preparation of all possible scenarios does not helps us, because usually things unfold and turn out differently, and we lose a lot of energy, optimism and burn or overlook many other options. The fact that we are worried is a perfectly normal response, which also has a protective mechanism that pushes us to act carefully and responsibly, and that is how we should be. It is essential, however, that we do not allow anxiety, fear or panic to completely overwhelm us.
Let's stop and hold back for a few days! We can rest as half of us are burned out or on the verge of being it. Let's nurture relationships, because we are so busy working that walls are rising between us and many couples will now be able to heal their wounds and raise the relationships to a higher or more beautiful level. Be present when playing or having a conversation with your children, because if you will know and you will be able to do this, this might be for them one of the most beautiful memories for them to some distant period in the past when the world stopped because of the virus. I will not even list all the other alternatives because we can only be limited by our imagination.
Let’s consider what good we can do for the people know and care about, as good comes back with good.
Write down all the creative ideas that come up your mind, let them set for a while in your head and then put them into practice at their best time.
So what can we do if we do not want to be carried away? We have several options:
- DEEP CONSCIOUS BREATHING
- IMAGINE STRONG ROOTS EXTENDING FROM THE BOTTOM OF YOUR FEET
- SHOWER WITH LUKEWARM AND COLD WATER, THEN MASSAGE YOUR BODY WITH THE SELECTED OIL OR BUTTER
- LIGHT A CANDLE AND RELAX
- TAKE A WALK AND OBSERVE THE BEAUTIES OF NATURE
- PREPARE A HEALTHY MEAL FOR THE FAMILY WITH LOVE
- READ SOME CHAPTERS FROM A BOOK THAT INSPIRES YOU
- SMILE AND EXPRESS GRATEFULNESS FOR EVERYTHING THAT COMES TO YOUR MIND
- GIVE A HUG TO A MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY OR CALL A PERSON YOU LOVE
- PLAN A BEAUTIFUL FUTURE AND THINK ABOUT THINGS AND CIRCUMSTANCES THAT YOU WANT
Let's be forgiving and gentle towards ourselves. There will be days when we will not have the will and energy for high performances or laughing loudly, but we have to keep in mind that those are the moments when deeper processes can take place. Just remember that tomorrow is a new, calm and beautiful day.
