Ingredients for 1 person:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 5 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp. PlanetBIO coconut sugar or agave nectar
- 2 tbsp. PlanetBIO cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. PlanetBIO melted cocoa butter
- 2 tbsp. PlanetBIO cocoa nibs
Melt cocoa butter in a pot, placed above simmering water. Optionally, you can make the almond milk for this recipe on your own: blend 1 cup of soaked almonds, 3 cups of water and a few tablespoons of agave nectar. To make the shake, put all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until you get a nice smooth shake.
