Recipe 1: Vegan Protein Bars

Mix dates and water in a food processor to get a thick paste. Combine date paste and the rest of ingredients in a big bowl. Mix well to get a sticky mixture. Prepare a baking dish and cover it with baking paper. Press the mixture into the baking dish and put into the fridge overnight. When solid, cut into bars and store in fridge. ***

Recipe 2: Berry Protein Porridge

Blend all the ingredients, except for chia seeds and oatmeal, in a blender or food processor. You should get a smooth berry mixture. Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and stir in chia seeds and oatmeal. Top with PlanetBIO shelled hemp seeds and PlanetBIO goji berries. ***

Recipe 3: Green Protein Shake

  • 1,5 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup pitted dates
  • 2 big fistfuls young spinach
  • 3 tablespoons PlanetBIO NATURAL Protein Shake
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon shredded orange zest
  • 2 cups ice
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. ***

Recipe 4: Chickpea Protein Spread

Coarsely mash chickpea with a fork. Cut onion and parsley into tiny pieces and add them to mashed chickpea. Add sweet corn, mustard, mayonese, PlanetBIO NATURAL Protein Shake and salt. Stir everything well and serve with fresh veggie sticks or crackers.
