We often get a strong desire for something sweet. In order not to encroach upon unhealthy sweets at such moments, we prepare these divine good and healthy balls that we keep in the refrigerator at your fingertips. You can ask your kids to help you with making a mess :-). And don't forget the moderation in enjoying these wonderful cakes!
- 100 g of selected nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, cashews or almonds)
- 200 g date (best medjol)
- 2 tablespoons of PlanetBIO coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of PlanetBIO cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of PlanetBIO cocoa butter - melted
For decoration: cocoa nibs, cocoa powder, ground nuts, coconut flakes ...
With a powerful mixer, mix the nuts in a paste, add (boned) dates, coconut oil, cocoa powder and melted cocoa butter to obtain a thick paste.
Moisten your hands with cold water for easier shaping. Roll each ball into the desired decoration. Keep them in the fridge.
