Recipe: Raw chocolate balls

Some lucky visitors of the Altermed fair in Celje, Slovenia were able to try chocolate balls made from our Eva. She wrote down the recipe. Of course there is never too many recipes for raw desserts and what is said has to be done, so here it is – a simple, delicious and choco-smelling recipe! Try it and let us know how you like it! Coarsely grind hazelnuts in a food processor, then add the rest of ingredients, except for the cocoa butter. Process until you get a desired texture, then slowly add melted cocoa butter when still mixing, so that the dough turns wet. Before you shape it into balls, put it in the fridge for at least an hour.
