Payment information

PlanetBIO store accepts all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express + Paypal payments - all through Paypal system. You don't have to be registered to PayPal in to complete your order.

The process is very easy. Once you confirm the order in PlanetBIO store you are automatically redirected to Paypal site where you have the option to proceed as a registered Paypal member or complete the payment as a "guest", enter your credit card data and follow the on-site instructions. If uncertain of the success of your payment please email us at support@planetbio.eu

We also accept orders via bank wire transfer (prepayment); In the purchasing process (after you add your goods to the basket and go to Checkout) you will be asked to choose between the supported payment methods. One of the possibilities is also the fore-mentioned bank wire transfer, where details of the payment are as follows:

Minimal order is 30 EUR

We have set up this store with minimum amount that has to be met in order to complete the purchase? It's 30€. This way we don't send just one product with a lot of buffer in the parcel, because it doesn't make any sense, it's not ecological if not anything else, and truth be told, for every purchase below 30€ we really don't earn anything. By doing the zero profit there's just no way 10 people crew could be having a normal salary, company is stalling, etc.

But then we went the extra step and enabled everybody to have free shipping if ordered amount is higher. This way we're saying we appreciate your big order and want to give back to you. Shipping & Delivery

Your order will ship withing 2-3 business days from receipt of your order and payment.  If you've provided a valid email address, you automatically received a shipping confirmation email that confirmed your order/payment. Parcel / package usually arrives within 3-5 days, depending on the distance from Slovenia to your country. Sometimes less (neighbor countries) and sometime more (more distant countries).  No more than 12 days should pass, so if that happens, let us know!

We are cooperating with the GLS Slovenia (General Logistics Systems Slovenija) that provide the shipping service for the most of the European countries. If your country is not supported you'll find the shipping to be unavailable when completing the order. We are sorry for that and we hope GLS company will be getting the parcels to your country soon.

At PlanetBIO store / company we are committed to respecting your privacy and we agree to honor your right to privacy and will not share your information with other marketers and/or third party companies, persons, etc.
Should any outbreak of your information leak, or you feel your rights have been violated, contact us immediately!

All we will ever do with the data entered when you complete the order is that we'll use your e-mail address to notify you of our activities (with our newsletter you will receive updates, new product information, discounts / coupons, special offers, etc). The scheduled newsletter sending is approximately once a week, maximum of 5 newsletter per month, but usually less.

We honor your time being with us and shopping in our e-store, so we don't want to push it too far. We know you'll keep coming back because of our great offer and quality products, so interfering with your private life with too much e-mails sent to you is a no-no for us!

 

Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're not just saying that!

Did you receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, we will replace the product or issue a credit to your account, whichever you like more. Send an e-mail to our support team, describe (attach a photo) the damage to the product and we'll take it from there.

Did you receive the wrong product?

We gladly accept unopened product returns within 30 days of purchase for a full credit toward future purchases, and usually we also give you something for free, just to show you sending the wrong products isn't something we do on purpose. Shipping charges from you to us are not refundable though. Send an e-mail to our support team, describe the mix-up, and we'll do the rest.

Quality guaranteed!

We guarantee that all products will be of the highest quality and will never ship after their best-before date.

However, we do not guarantee the product's taste. We are in the business of selling organic (super)foods that deliver maximum nutrition; many of which do not taste great. Since everyone's taste is different, we cannot guarantee every product will be to your liking. But believe us when we're saying this: these are top products and including them to your daily diet isn't anymore the subject of tasting - our health, wellness, smile on our face is what we're after!
